The China Scholarship Council (CSC) is an organization aiming to enhance the training of innovative and distinguished postgraduate students and promote the development of higher education in China. From October 2021 to October 2022, Mr. Jingzhou Gao was sponsored by CSC to carry out research work as a visiting PhD student at Dept. of Electrical and Computer Engineering, National University of Singapore (NUS) under the supervision of Prof. Abdullah Al Mamun. This presentation will start with a brief introduction to NUS. Then a scientific and systematic report on Control technology of active vibration suppression of switched reluctance motor and control technology of flywheel energy storage system will be presented. Finally, some life experience and perceptions of overseas study in Singapore will be shared.
